My Favorite Seinfeld Episodes!
I've been working throughout this quarantine, and though I say my eyes are tired after looking at a screen all day long, I'm also making my way full through the full series of Seinfeld for the third time. Hulu has a "Top 10 Episodes," but it’s more fun to share my own favorites.
Most of these episodes feature Elaine Benes, my sitcom queen. (I dressed as her for Halloween.) In no particular order here are my go-to episodes for a laugh...
The Pie | Season 5 Episode 15
This is my fave episode! George tries an accent. Elaine finds a mannequin that looks just like her. Jerry is stressed when his new girl won't try a bite of apple pie. (I don't blame him—who doesn't love pie?!)
The Calzone | Season 7 Episode 20
Ben Wyatt would approve.
The Fucili Jerry | Season 6 Episode 21
Kramer has a pasta hobby and a new license plate.
The Tape | Season 3 Episode 8
Elaine tricks Jerry by leaving a seductive message on his tape recorder at a show of his. George tries to grow hair.
The Parking Garage | Season 3 Episode 6
No episode makes me feel closer to Elaine than this one, where she walks around the mall parking garage holding a fish in a bag.
The Stall | Season 5 Episode 12
Elaine asks for a square of toilet paper with the iconic "can you spare a square?" This is how I'd explain grocery shopping for TP during a pandemic.
The Muffin Tops | Season 8 Episode 21
Elaine describes why the tops of muffins are better than the "stumps." George wears a shirt that looks like this one from Madewell.
